These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Our products

  • Our products are cosmetic and personal care products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Before-and-after images, reviews and descriptions show individual experiences and are for illustration.
  • Always read the label and directions before use. A patch test is recommended before first use. Avoid contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Stop using the product and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
  • If you have known allergies, sensitive skin or a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, check the full ingredient list on the pack and consult a doctor before use.
  • Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly. The ingredient list and information printed on the product pack take precedence over the website.

3. Prices and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price or description. In that case, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email or message confirms that we have received your order. It does not mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we dispatch the order. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, if a product is unavailable, an address is unserviceable, there is a pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

5. Payment

We accept prepaid payments through our payment providers (such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. A COD handling fee of ₹49 applies to COD orders and is shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers under their own terms. We do not store your full card or banking details.

6. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is genuine, reflects your own experience, is not misleading and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with our store and marketing. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these Terms, but we do not alter the meaning of genuine reviews.

8. Intellectual property

The Elite Wellness name and logo, product names, packaging designs, images, text and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by placing fraudulent or bulk orders for resale without our consent, interfering with its security or operation, using automated tools to scrape it, or providing false information.

10. Third-party links and services

The website may link to or use third-party services (such as payment, delivery and social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website or products.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, and courier, network or payment system outages.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at [CITY] have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

15. Changes and general
